Annual Chili Cook-Off Registration

Please review these details and then confirm you understand at the bottom. This answer will serve as your signature and acknowledgement that you have read and understand the rules. 

Please arrive at the dealership (1126 S Saunders Street, Raleigh) between 11 and 11:30 AM. Food service and judging start at 12PM sharp. Chili should be prepped before you arrive.

You will be responsible for the following items: 
- Your chili and whatever ingredients you use to make your version.
- Service utensils
- Some way to keep your chili warm (For example, a crock-pot.)
- An extension cord if needed

Optional Items:
- Table decorations
- Chili "Add-Ins" (For example, cheese.)

We will provide:
- Powerstrips
- Tables
- Napkins, spoons and tasting size bowls
- Drinks and sides for attendees
- Name tags

Participants are allowed to prepare their chili however they would like with consideration for food safety. There are no ingredient restrictions.  Chili must be kept hot during service. We do suggest letting people know about the spice level. 

In years past around 2 crockpots of chili was a good amount to be made. 

Please confirm you are ok with being photographed during the event and having those images used on our social media accounts and website.
